BASES AND CONDITIONS “Stoller School Raffle”

1. General Background. Stoller Perú SA, RUC 20196722808, (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), will carry out a draw called “STOLLER SCHOOL DRAW” (hereinafter, the “Promotion” and/or “Raffle” indistinctly).
2. Validity : The Contest will be valid from February 25, 2022 to March 6, 2022. Only those who comply with the mechanics mentioned in point 3 within the indicated dates will participate in the Draw. It is open to the general public and is exclusive for Peruvian residents over 18 years of age who carry their DNI.
3. Mechanics . Those interested in participating (hereinafter, “Participant(s)”) must follow the steps indicated in the contest post posted on the Stoller Peru FanPage, that is, they must enter the link: bit.ly/FormularioSorteoEscolar and complete the contest form . Contest (you must enter your data and upload a photo with a Stoller product). By completing the form you receive 01 valid option for the Draw.
4. Selection of the Winners. The draw will be held on Monday, March 07, 2022 via Facebook Stoller Peru. A total of 3 winners will be selected nationwide. The election will be random and will be present: 02 representatives of Stoller.
5. Winner communication : The winner(s) will be notified at their contact number indicated on the form . You will have 48 hours to respond and validate your data as well as compliance with the present Bases. After these 48 hours, if the winner does not respond or does not comply with these Bases, he will lose his right to the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected who will have the same period to respond before moving on to another alternate.
6. Prize: Each of the 3 winners will receive A SCHOOL PACK. This includes: 1 backpack, 2 squared notebooks, 2 lined notebooks, 1 color box, 03 2B graphic pencils, 1 white eraser, 1 scissors, 1 pencil case, 1 set of squares, 1 liquid corrector, 1 UHU bar, 7 temperas with brush, 1 blue pen, 1 red pen and 1 black pen. This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Likewise, they may not be acquired in any case for resale and/or commercial application or any promotion without prior written authorization from the Organizer. The prize will be sent according to the coordination made with the Winner.
7. Exclusions. Employees of Stoller Perú SA are excluded from participating in the Sweepstakes. In the event that the Organizer determines that some of the registered Participants have violated or transgressed any of the provisions set forth in these Bases, it will proceed to their immediate exclusion. In case of lack of veracity of the participants or fraudulent actions, they will lose all right to the allocation of the prizes.
8. General disposition.  Participation in this Draw implies knowledge and express, absolute and unappealable acceptance of all the provisions contained in these Bases. All participants in the Sweepstakes consent to the advertising or marketing purposes of Stoller Perú SA
